As we celebrated Women’s History Month and honored female pioneers of our past, present and future – personal questions about womanhood and leadership came to the forefront of the dialogue. On Thursday, March 15th, I led an empowering conversation with female industry leaders. The conversation gave insight and fostered awareness to an intimate network of women on the rise who are sharing their voices and inspiring change.
We explored the following topics at length. Why are women so hard on themselves and each other? Whether it’s gender bias, always having others tell you “no,” or the sickening feeling of inadequacy, my four panelists revealed what keeps them moving forward – and what they do to keep uplifting other women regardless of the chaos around them.
The panel cultivated leadership by empowering women and creating platforms for women to support one another.
